The Herb Corner

In your private consultation the job of the herbalist is to help you understand what is going on with your body. With this understanding you can then decide how your healing can begin. You will learn how to put foods, vitamins and herbs as well as your emotions and spiritual tools (all working together) into your healing process.

Our private consultations cost is $45.00

Cecelia Avitabile is the owner of The Herb Corner and Learning Center in Melbourne, Florida. She began studying and working in herbal healing over fourteen years ago.

Cecelia has a Master of Herbalism Degree from The Australasian College of Herbal Studies. She is a member of the American Herbalist Guild since 1998 and is a member of The Plant Saver Society. She studied and apprenticed under Kathleen Gould, the original owner of The Herb Corner, before becoming its new owner.

Originally from Long Island, New York, she and her husband Steve have 3 children and have lived in Florida since 1990.

Her course includes healthy choices for women, men, children and pets.

Apprentice Program

We rely on and appreciate all of our apprentices very much. If you are interested in becoming an apprentice please give us a call. Remember you must have completed the Herbal Certification Course (or be currently enrolled) to be eligible for an apprentice position.

Our apprentices help customers and clients, keep our tea blends, salves and other products made and in stock, help with classes and learn about running a teaching center and retail store.
